Nigel Wright Group is seeking a CRM Manager for a growing consumer business delivering premium home improvement products in the UK. You will own the CRM strategy, shape customer journeys across email, SMS and telephone, and turn data, automation and testing into tangible growth.

You’ll lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, manage a CRM Executive, collaborate with sales and customer teams, and analyse funnel performance with Power BI to drive conversion and customer experience.

Formación

• Strong CRM or lifecycle marketing experience within a consumer environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience improving conversion through automation and testing.
• Commercially minded, analytical and confident using customer data.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and influencing wider teams.
• Previous management or mentoring experience would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRM strategy and roadmap.
• Build and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS and telephone.
• Improve lead nurturing, conversion, re-engagement and referrals.
• Develop testing programmes across messaging, timing and segmentation.
• Lead the ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analyse customer and funnel performance through Power BI.
• Work closely with sales and customer teams to improve the customer experience.
• Manage data quality, consent and regulatory compliance.
