Job summary

Aatom Recruitment is seeking an ICT Specialist on behalf of a Local Authority in Wales for a 3‑month contract (37 hours per week). The role focuses on CRM systems, reporting solutions and digital platforms to support employability services.

You will lead on the implementation, development, optimisation and management of systems, provide training and act as liaison between clients, ICT Services and software providers. Strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• HND in a computer-related discipline or similar numerate subject is essential.
• Degree in computer-related discipline or related qualification desirable.
• Experience leading ICT system implementations and digital transformation projects.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• GDPR, information governance and data management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development, optimisation and support of the ICONI CRM system and other business systems.
• Support the implementation, integration and embedding of new digital systems and platforms.
• Lead user acceptance testing, implementation planning and business readiness activities of new systems.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and management information solutions.
