Job summary

Denbighshire County Council is seeking an ICT and Digital Systems Specialist to support the Working Denbighshire Employability Service. You will lead CRM implementation, development and optimisation, reporting solutions and other digital platforms, serving as the key link between Working Denbighshire, ICT Services and software providers.

Responsibilities include leading CRM development and support, delivering new digital solutions such as Body SWAP and Arlo, creating dashboards and management

Qualifications

• HND in computer-related discipline or numerate graduate with ICT system implementation experience.
• Experience in digital transformation, data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of GDPR and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM system development and support.
• Manage implementation of new digital solutions such as Body SWAP and Arlo.
• Develop dashboards and management information using Power BI.
• Lead user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
• Provide specialist systems training and staff support.
