Job summary

Aatom Recruitment is assisting a Local Authority to recruit an ICT Specialist for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on leading ICT system implementation, CRM optimisation, and development of reporting and dashboards.

The post requires strong Power BI expertise, data analysis, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• HND in a computer related discipline or graduate in a numerate subject is essential.
• Degree in computer related discipline or professional qualification desirable.
• Experience leading ICT system implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Power BI experience is essential for this role.
• Experience working with software suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement within a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of GDPR, information governance and data management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development, optimisation and support of the ICONI CRM system and other business systems.
• Support implementation, integration and embedding of new digital systems and platforms.
• Lead user acceptance testing, implementation planning and business readiness activities.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and management information solutions.
