Job summary

Steer seeks a proactive CRM professional to maximise the value of its client relationship management platform across the UK, North America, Europe and India. You will combine hands-on CRM administration with data quality, reporting and adoption initiatives to improve commercial decision-making and growth across regions.

The role involves implementing improved CRM processes, governance and training, supporting pipeline forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or managing a CRM platform.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.
• Maintain user access, permissions, fields, layouts and workflows.
• Support users with CRM queries, troubleshooting and training.
• Coordinate data imports, exports and cleansing activities.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency and governance.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership teams.
• Support pipeline management, forecasting and business development reporting.
• Produce CRM analytics and insights for decision-making.
• Drive CRM adoption and consistent ways of working across regions.
• Collaborate with business development, operations, finance and leadership.
