McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced CRM Campaign Operations Specialist to join a leading financial services client in Canary Wharf on an initial 12‑month contract. You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and audience selection to campaign build, QA, launch and optimisation.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Content and Support teams to deliver data‑driven communications while ensuring quality, consent and risk controls are met.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in CRM operations and end-to-end campaign execution.
• Hands-on with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with building automated customer journeys and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing or multivariate testing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end campaign delivery: Manage the operational execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, build, scheduling, QA, launch and post‑campaign optimisation.
• CRM and marketing automation: Use enterprise platforms to build and manage campaigns, automated journeys and lifecycle communications.
• Audience segmentation and data validation: Develop and validate target audiences, ensuring data accuracy and campaign readiness.
• Campaign testing and quality assurance: Conduct thorough pre‑launch checks to ensure content, targeting and logic are accurate.
• Performance analysis: Monitor metrics and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• A/B and multivariate testing: Support structured testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stakeholder management: Coordinate briefs, approvals and delivery timelines with cross‑functional teams.
• Reporting and optimisation: Contribute to dashboards and performance reporting.
• Risk and compliance: Ensure campaigns meet regulatory and consent requirements.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer journeys.
