Pontoon is recruiting a CRM Manager to drive engagement across UK markets in a hybrid setting. You will design, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns, using customer data to personalise journeys and improve retention.

The role requires hands-on Braze experience and a track record of delivering campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience reporting in Excel/Sheets, and excellent stakeholder management.

Competenze

• Hands-on Braze experience in CRM campaign management is essential.
• Proven experience delivering CRM campaigns end to end across multiple channels.
• Background in fintech, e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses is essential
• Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating campaign performance.
• Ability to create reports, interpret data and recommend improvements using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results with limited guidance.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging and SMS.
• Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Braze to support CRM campaign management and execution.
• Analyse campaign performance and historical data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Produce and interpret campaign reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Recommend actionable optimisation strategies based on campaign insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to the wider CRM strategy and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
