T Treatwell is recruiting a CRM Campaign Manager to own end-to-end campaign building in Braze across email, push, in-app, and content cards. You will swiftly execute time-sensitive briefs, coordinate with local markets, and drive A/B testing for better engagement and revenue.

You will refine localisation, QA thoroughly, and report on performance to continuously improve multi-market CRM campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ESP experience essential; 1+ years building and deploying campaigns in Braze or similar, including segmentation and scheduling.
• Able to navigate HTML/CSS edits — not coding from scratch, but confident tweaking elements.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with a track record of using data and A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Campaign build and delivery end-to-end in Braze across email, push, in-app and content cards.
• Reactive execution of time-sensitive sends aligned to CRM priorities.
• Plan and execute campaigns for key commercial moments to maximise engagement and revenue impact.
• QA campaigns against targeting, links, copy, and localisation before scheduling.
• Localise central campaigns across 14 markets, coordinating translations and variants.
• Coordinate content production and run A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
• Report performance per send and feed learnings into future campaigns.
