Job summary

83zero is seeking an Applications & Integration Analyst to support and improve our critical business systems. You will work with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, assist releases and ensure integrations remain reliable and well connected.

You will handle CRM and other applications, develop and troubleshoot integrations, and use SQL and JSON to diagnose issues. The role suits someone with 2–4 years in technical roles and a degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of commercial technology experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Experience supporting or improving a CRM or other business-critical app.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, SQL and JSON.
• Experience with Agile development environments.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve CRM and connected systems.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations.
• Assist API-based integrations and data exchange.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver enhancements.
• Gather and document technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Assist with releases and post-release checks.
• Use SQL to investigate data and support reporting.
• Document systems, integrations, changes and releases.
