Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting business applications at 1st-3rd line level.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, or web services.
• Understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for business-critical applications, managing incidents through to root cause analysis and resolution.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between key business systems using APIs, EDI, file transfers, and web services.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Enhance and develop business applications to meet evolving operational requirements.
• Support a wide range of platforms including ERP, WMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Reporting solutions.
• Maintain clear system documentation and work closely with users, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong analyst who enjoys variety and wants to work across a broad range of business-critical systems and integrations.

You'll sit at the heart of the technology function, providing hands-on application support while also designing and delivering integration and automation solutions that make a real difference to how the business operates day to day.

It's a role with genuine breadth. Touching everything from ERP and WMS platforms through to automation and AI tooling with real scope to improve processes and drive efficiency across a large, complex organisation.
