83zero Ltd is seeking a technically minded Technical Applications Analyst to support and improve our business-critical applications in Windsor. The role suits someone with approximately 2 to 4 years of commercial technology experience who enjoys working across applications, integrations and software delivery.

You will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, support releases and help ensure systems are reliable, well connected and continually improving.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years in a technology-focused role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Experience supporting CRM or business-critical applications.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Proficient in SQL and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve CRM and other critical applications.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations across systems.
• Support API-based integrations and data exchange between apps.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver system enhancements.
• Gather and document technical and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear development requirements.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
• Assist with releases, deployments and post-release checks.
• Use SQL to investigate data and support reporting.
• Work with JSON payloads and API responses to diagnose issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and usability.
• Maintain documentation covering systems, integrations, changes and releases.
