Job summary

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Data Clerk/Administrator to support the Critical Care service with accurate data collection, input and reporting, while ensuring patient confidentiality and GDPR-compliant records. • Previous administration experience is essential.
• GCSEs in English and Mathematics are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and data management support to the critical care service.
• Extract data from multiple sources (admission books, OASIS, SUNRISE, ICNARC) and input into patient records.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure GDPR-compliant records.
• Produce weekly activity reports for the Clinical Service Lead and quarterly ICNARC statistics.
