Criminal Justice Team Leader

Salary:

£30,350 - £43,675 per annum

Employment Details:

• Full Time, Permanent
• Location: Claverings Centre N9 0AH (On-site, no hybrid option)
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our services include substance use, clinical support, employment training, housing, health, youth, and family services.

About the role

As a Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team of criminal justice recovery workers, fostering a positive environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will manage daily team operations, performance, and support the development of team members. You will also assist the Criminal Justice Manager in developing and improving processes and systems to meet quality and contractual standards, including KPIs. The role involves line-managing a small team and supporting their professional growth.

At interview, candidates will be asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation on 'Continuity of Care'.

About you

• Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma
• Experience in team management (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in drug and alcohol services (highly desirable)
• Experience supervising staff and providing support
• Familiarity with the criminal justice system (advantageous but not essential)
