Criminal Justice Team Leader
£30,350 - £43,675 per annum
Waythrough is a vibrant charity with over 30 years' experience working with individuals, families, and communities affected by health and social inequalities across the country. We focus on improving wellbeing and are one of England's most successful home-grown charities, with over 1,100 staff and around 100 volunteers serving more than 20,000 people. Our services include substance use, clinical support, employment training, housing, health, youth, and family services.
As a Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team of criminal justice recovery workers, fostering a positive environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will manage daily team operations, performance, and support the development of team members. You will also assist the Criminal Justice Manager in developing and improving processes and systems to meet quality and contractual standards, including KPIs. The role involves line-managing a small team and supporting their professional growth.
At interview, candidates will be asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation on 'Continuity of Care'.
