A growing offshore wind company in the UK seeks a Crewing Logistics Coordinator to manage vessel crew allocations and support various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of office experience in the maritime sector, good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication skills in English and Danish. As our new Crewing Logistics Coordinator, you will be in charge of effectively allocating vessel crews and supporting various initiatives for our colleagues offshore. You will support the implementation of policies and procedures as well as coordinate training courses while supporting the development of systems in this realm, for both colleagues on and offshore.
