Job summary

Anglo-Eastern Group is seeking a Personnel Officer to oversee the recruitment, deployment and welfare of sea staff across Company vessels. The role coordinates payroll, records, and compliance while partnering with clients, overseas manning agents and technical managers.

The ideal candidate will have crew recruitment and management experience in the shipping sector, with knowledge of the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting and Managing Crew Personnel in Shipping industry.
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for personnel on vessels under your responsibility.
• Ensure vessels are manned by suitably experienced personnel per Safe Manning, STCW and Flag requirements.
• Follow documents check process and recruitment procedures as defined in MPD Manual.
• Provide new recruits with Company/Client policies and procedures.
• Ensure briefings are carried out and recorded as per AESM procedures when required.
• Issue MLC Employment Agreements for sea staff.
• Monitor employee documentation and ensure compliance.
• Arrange travel and visas per company/client travel policies.
• Program and advise sea staff travel details and relief intentions.
