Job summary

VF Corporation in Nottingham is seeking a Credit Resolution Coordinator to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and resolve claims related to invoices, deliveries, and deductions. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Credit teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, improving cash flow and end-to-end order-to-cash processes.

You will work with internal systems and customer platforms, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or credit resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of customers daily using internal systems and customer platforms to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date account status.
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve claims and disputes (pricing issues, delivery discrepancies, short payments, returns, deductions).
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Credit to drive timely resolution; attend meetings and communicate clearly.
• Monitor open items and deductions with proper documentation and root-cause identification.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to streamline processes, reduce disputes, and enhance the claims management workflow.
• Communicate with customers via video, email and messaging; be proactive and learn new skills.
• Be a team player able to build relationships at all levels; highly organized and methodical.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and comfort with numbers and data daily.
• Utilize IT tools; MS Excel knowledge beneficial.
