Qualifications

• 2:1 BA/BSc degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Consumer Finance is desirable but not essential.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; workflow software is a plus.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and resilience in difficult conversations.
• Ability to adapt quarterly to new team dynamics and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for retail borrowers, achieving high first-contact resolution.
• Process in-life contract administration including direct debit updates and payment processing.
• Apply FCA Consumer Duty principles to spot vulnerability and ensure clear, compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with motor dealers and finance teams to reconcile payments and resolve inquiries.
• Monitor deal delivery workflows to reduce friction and support partner satisfaction.
• Draft final response letters and perform root-cause analysis for permanent improvements.
