Job summary

Arriva TrainCare is recruiting for a Finance Graduate as part of our two-year graduate development programme. The role offers three rotations across finance disciplines, with exposure to Tax, Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, and Forecasting & Budgeting.

You will develop technical and commercial skills while supporting strategic decision-making. The role is based in Sunderland or London and operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 2:1 preferred.
• Right to work in the UK permanently.
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027.
• Willingness to travel as part of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year graduate development programme with three rotations across finance disciplines.
