Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 + 10% Discretionary Bonus
IPS Group is working with an innovative and fast-growing InsurTech that is continuing to expand its UK claims operation. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint a Credit Hire Claims Handler to join their newly established claims team in Manchester.

You will manage your own caseload of third-party Credit Hire claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation. Working closely with clients, claimants, insurers and third parties, you'll be responsible for progressing claims efficiently while delivering positive outcomes throughout the claims journey. The role will involve reviewing liability, handling quantum disputes, assessing supporting evidence and negotiating settlements. You'll also review payment packs, utilise Verify as part of the claims process and identify any potentially fraudulent activity or underwriting concerns where appropriate.
As the UK operation continues to grow, you'll play an important role in helping shape processes and delivering an excellent customer experience.
You’ll have previous Credit Hire claims experience and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Ideally, you'll have at least two years' experience handling motor-related Credit Hire claims from inception through to settlement.
