Horwich Farrelly in the United Kingdom is seeking a Credit Hire Claims Handler to manage a caseload of pre-litigated delegated authority credit hire claims, investigating legitimacy and supporting insurer clients across our Birmingham/Hybrid setup.

The HF Credit Hire department is led by three Partners who are experts in their field, overseeing a growing team of approximately 50 Credit Hire Specialists based across our Manchester, London and Cardiff offices.
The department is at the forefront of strategic litigation in this area, having secured successful outcomes in a number of leading cases. As the market has evolved, the team has developed strong capabilities in credit hire, credit repair, recovery, storage, fraud and wider claims strategies.
