Confidential in Castleford is seeking a Credit Controller to join a busy team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, ensuring timely debt collection, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries.

Initial office-based work with potential future flexibility. Applicants should have at least two years of B2B credit control experience, strong communication skills, and solid MS Excel proficiency; Sage 200 knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years B2B credit control experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel).
• Sage 200 knowledge.
• Experience with Credit Reference agencies.
• GCSE Maths & English at grade C or above.
• ICM qualification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact via telephone and email.
• Ensure timely collection of all debts owed by customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate query resolution.
• Administrative tasks such as posting receipts on to Sage, completing required receipt sheets, and maintaining payment received sheets.
