Job summary

Mitchell Adam Ltd is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join its growing finance team in the UK. This varied, fast-paced role focuses on managing credit control and supporting the sales ledger and billing functions, with customer relationships at its core.

You will proactively chase overdue payments, reconcile ledgers, allocate cash and resolve account queries while preparing invoices and adjustments as needed. Hybrid working and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the credit control process end-to-end.
• Support the wider sales ledger and billing functions.
• Proactively chase outstanding payments.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
• Allocate cash and reconcile ledgers.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve account queries.
• Prepare and issue invoices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate customer accounts.
