Job summary

The Niche Partnership in Southampton is seeking a Credit Controller to own the credit control function within a growing IT business. You will manage negotiations, chase debts, and contribute to cash flow and expansion.

This role offers hybrid working, on-site parking, and a clear path to progress as the team expands. You will interact with clients and finance colleagues to forecast payments and ensure accurate, timely receipts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in credit control
• Experience in credit control or related roles (Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable or Collections)
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• Driving licence
• Confident using Xero

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role such as Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable, or Collections
• 2-3 years’ experience in credit control
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• Driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to learning new client bases
• Confident using Xero
