Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a driven Credit Controller to join our London finance team on a 9‑month FTC. You will manage overdue invoices, communicate with clients by phone and email, and help protect cash flow in a fast‑paced global environment.

You’ll work closely with the Credit Manager on risk identification, dispute resolution, refunds approvals, and broader AR activities, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of credit control experience and a proven track record in collections.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients regarding overdue invoices by phone and email.
• Monitor customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and report debt positions.
• Support Credit Manager with litigation prep, risk identification and limit monitoring.
• Approve client refunds and assist Accounts Receivable activities as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and broader finance projects.
