Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a driven Credit Controller to join our fast-paced finance team in the United Kingdom. You will protect the business by ensuring timely collections, reducing risk, and nurturing client relationships through phone and email outreach.

From day one you’ll monitor customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and report debt positions. You’ll work with the Credit Manager on litigation preparation, credit risk, and credit limit monitoring, while supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dynamics system experience.
• European language is preferred but not essential.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and thorough account query investigation.
• Experience managing overdue debt and monitoring credit risk.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Desire to deliver great customer experiences while ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities
