Membership Bespoke is seeking a confident Credit Control Assistant for a 2–3 month assignment in Greater London. You will drive down aged debt, maintain cashflow and communicate professionally with employers, students and major accounting firms.

You will also handle high-volume invoicing, update CRM and debt reports daily, and support with ad‑hoc credit control tasks to keep accounts current.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ proven credit control experience.
• Strong communication skills with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM.
• Proactive, diplomatic and relationship‑driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Clearing aged debt (2022–2025) and progressing 2026 balances.
• Calling, emailing and following up to secure timely payments.
• Updating CRM and debt reports daily.
• Ensuring exam, registration and membership invoices are paid before deadlines.
• Handling inbox queries, issuing invoice copies and managing ad‑hoc credit control tasks.
