Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a driven Credit Controller to join our fast-paced global finance team. You will protect cash flow by ensuring timely collections and nurturing client relationships, speaking with customers by phone and email from day one.

In this role you will monitor accounts, investigate discrepancies, report debt positions, and support the Credit Manager with risk identification and litigation prep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of credit control experience.
• Strong communication and diplomacy for payment conversations.
• Excellent attention to detail with proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with Dynamics and Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilités

• Manage overdue invoices via phone and email.
• Monitor customer accounts, investigate discrepancies and report debt positions.
• Support Credit Manager with litigation preparation and credit risk monitoring.
• Approve client refunds and assist Accounts Receivable; contribute to process improvements.
