Job summary

Care Concern Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Credit Controller to manage outstanding debts across our care homes. You will ensure payments are received, allocated accurately, and queries resolved with residents, families, and external agencies.

The role includes cashflow forecasting support, month-end reporting, and maintaining detailed financial records. It is a Monday–Friday, 37.5-hour position with 25 days’ annual leave and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control role is preferred.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit notes and refunds accurately.
• Process daily and weekly cash uploads and allocate payments.
• Monitor and follow up overdue balances.
• Investigate account queries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Support cashflow forecasts and month-end reporting.
• Liaise with residents, families and agencies to resolve queries.
