Zusammenfassung

Advanced Access Platforms Ltd is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join the Finance Team at our Sutton head office. You will manage debt collection, allocate cash, and reconcile accounts to support timely income processing.

With at least two years in a credit controller role, you will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, working Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm, as part of a 42.5-hour week. We offer a company pension, cycle-to-work, and generous annual leave.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years' experience in a Credit Controller role.
• Commercial exposure to the Income function.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good IT and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Reduce debt by collecting payments within terms and limits.
• Ensure cash is allocated to correct accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure proper allocations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attend meetings to reduce debt risk and address payment barriers.
• Review overdue debt and identify write-off candidates under Bad Debt provision.
• Escalate for contested debts after recovery options are explored.
• Analyse Sales Ledger variances and agree action with Finance.
