THE-TEAM is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our Finance team in the United Kingdom. You will manage credit control, chase overdue balances, resolve payment queries and support accurate financial records to ensure smooth cash flow.

You’ll collaborate with the billing team to ensure invoices and PO requirements are met, record payments (bank transfers, cheques, cards) and produce weekly and monthly reports on collections for the business.

Responsabilidades

• Manage credit control and collections: pursue overdue balances, resolve disputes, and meet monthly targets.
• Support billing and payment processes: ensure invoices/POs, record payments (bank transfers, cheques, cards) accurately.
• Monitor cash flow and reporting: forecast receipts and generate weekly/monthly collections reports.
• Build strong customer relationships: deliver excellent service and maintain ledgers; manage the internal ticketing system.
• Support finance operations: complete month-end activities and identify process improvements.
