Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our Finance team in the United Kingdom. You will manage credit control, support billing, and help forecast cash flow while maintaining accurate records and resolving payment queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit control and collections to reduce debtor days.
• Support billing and payment processes with PO compliance and payments recording.
• Forecast cash flow and produce weekly/monthly collections reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain the ticketing system.
• Assist month-end activities and suggest process improvements.
