Nottingham City Council is seeking a full-time Credit Controller to join their expanding team. EMSS is seeking x1 full-time Credit Controller to join our expanding team.
Our team is experiencing growth, and this role is suitable for candidates with consumer collections/credit control experience who can manage their ledger and support clients with a full 360 service. Customer service skills are key.
You will have strong experience in credit control and debt management of consumer ledgers. The role involves managing a varied credit control portfolio, resolving disputes, maintaining service user relationships, and improving processes. Targets are supportive, not unachievable, focusing on customer support.
