Salary: From £24,500 depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Working style: Hybrid with flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe

Role Overview

As a Strategic Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing some of VF's biggest accounts, fulfilling the following responsibilities:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of high-value accounts.
2. Communicating with customers via phone, Zoom/Teams, email, and customer portals to discuss payments, disputes, and resolve queries promptly.
3. Collaborating internally with teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
4. Highlighting and escalating key issues affecting your accounts.
5. Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.

Candidate Profile

You are analytical, detail-oriented, focused, results-driven, and possess strong problem-solving, negotiation, and financial awareness skills. Proficiency in Excel and adaptability to various technologies are essential. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
