The Role:

Credit Controller for an integrated marketing agency for global b2b tech brands!

Location:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join our team. The successful applicant with ensure that the Sales Ledger is correct and appropriately managed.

The role involves full end to end management of the debtor process including but not limited to chasing regular payment from clients, sending statements, account reconciliation, coding and posting invoices and liaising with customer by email.

You will prepare regular debtor reports to share with our Consultancy team and provide commentary to the Financial Controller on a regular basis.

• Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting processes

• Solid numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency

The Role:

Owning all things accounts receivables – from quote approval through to invoice payment. This includes:

• Chasing Purchase orders
• Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Maintaining debtors list on a weekly basis
• Chasing invoice approvals and payments
• Escalating overdue payments through the correct channels

Beyond this, you will support the wider Finance team with:

• Maintenance of Accounts Payables
• Expenses management
• CRM support for team
• General admin support
