As our new Credit Controller, you will be working as part of a dynamic European finance team, responsible for managing overdue accounts through to completion, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries, following the company’s credit collection policies and procedures.

This is a REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an individual sales ledger and collecting overdue accounts
  • Ensuring timely payment of debts
  • Investigating and resolving non-payment of invoices promptly
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Allocating payments according to customer remittances and reconciling accounts accurately
  • Processing card payments
  • Implementing updates in the company’s credit control system

Requirements for success:

  • Experience in Credit Control (minimum years specified)
  • Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office, with emphasis on Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to new IT packages
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good time management skills and target-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
