CIPD in London is seeking a Credit Controller to deliver robust credit control services for CIPD and CIPD Enterprises Ltd while supporting the finance team with sales ledger duties.

As a Credit Controller, you'll provide a comprehensive and effective credit control service for the organisation and its enterprises, while supporting the finance team with sales ledger administration and query resolution.
You'll need strong customer service skills, combined with the confidence and assertiveness to deal with non-payers professionally and diplomatically. As with all roles within Finance, flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet department deadlines and maintain internal controls.
