Reporting to the Finance Shared Service Manager, you will join a highly successful credit team where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio in order to retrieve monies owed by various communication methods.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Liaise with your customers and internal contacts to resolve any customer disputes/account issues to ensure a smooth process.
• Work to individual and group targets, providing updates to the Finance Shared Service Manager on any problematic accounts.
• Provide reports as and when required.
• Manage own ledgers.

About You

• Previous credit control experience is beneficial.

• Interest in and understanding of business and finance.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Time management and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
