Search is working in partnership with a growing business that is looking for a Credit Controller to join their expanding team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Credit Control:
   • Contact clients for overdue payments
   • Ensure clients pay within agreed time limits
   • Prepare aged debt reports as required
   • Review credit limits for new and prospective clients and onboard new clients
   • Follow escalation procedures for unpaid invoices
   • Handle complex invoice queries
   • Cash allocation and posting
   • Manage the central inbox
   • Ensure statements are sent to customers accurately and promptly
   • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Sage knowledge (desirable)
• Ability to work as part of a team
