Job Description:

Role: Credit Controller

Location: Chadderton

Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic Credit Controller to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is based in Chadderton, conveniently located within walking distance of a tram station.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing credit control via email and phone communications
  • Proactively chasing overdue payments
  • Engaging with customers regarding their accounts
  • Updating financial systems and spreadsheets accurately
  • Sending payment reminders in a timely manner
  • Negotiating payment plans with customers
  • Producing reports on payment trends and outstanding balances
