Company Description

About the Business Division:

Central Services is a division of M3 EU Ltd. Its purpose is to be a shared finance resource for all divisions within M3 EU Ltd. Services provided include Accounts Payable, Payroll, HR, Credit Control, and all aspects of Accounting.

Job Description:

1. Accounts Receivable processing, including raising and sending customer invoices.
2. Preparation of monthly Accounts Receivable schedules.
3. Preparation of annual audit schedules for Accounts Receivable.
4. Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and addressing payment issues.
5. Processing bank transactions for customer receipts daily.
6. Providing administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong system skills; knowledge of Barclays.net and NetSuite is advantageous.
3. Strong Excel skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
