You will handle Direct Debit processing, billing corrections and data reconciliation, contributing to process improvements and efficient financial operations.

Qualifikationen

• Previous finance experience including invoicing and accurate financial data management.
• Proven credit control and debtor management experience.
• Strong communication and professional telephone manner.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, issue and reconcile accurate invoices and charges.
• Maintain billing records with discounts and adjustments.
• Process payments, deposits and Direct Debit collections.
• Monitor overdue accounts and support debt recovery.
• Respond to customer enquiries by email and phone.
• Investigate failed payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records and assist with reconciliations and year-end work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data.
