Job summary

PHMG is seeking a Credit Control Executive at Old Trafford, Manchester, with night shift hours (9.30pm–6.30am, 4 nights a week). The role focuses on managing an Australian client portfolio, driving timely collections and resolving payment issues to keep accounts healthy.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, monitor outstanding invoices, direct debits, and card payments, and strive to achieve KPIs while delivering a professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Confident, commercially minded and motivated by results.
• Effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to contribute to KPI achievement and client satisfaction.
• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is advantageous.

Role:Credit Control Executive
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 9.30pm - 6.30am 4 nights a week (Sunday to Wednesday night/Monday night to Thursday night)
Salary: £28000 base, £33,000 OTE

Join PHMG as a Credit Control Executive and become a key part of our Credit Control team, delivering a first-class experience to our Australian client base.

Working closely with internal teams, you’ll take ownership of your client portfolio, building strong relationships while proactively managing outstanding invoices, queries and failed payments. From resolving defaulted direct debits and credit card payments to finding the best possible outcomes for your clients, you’ll play an important role in keeping our accounts running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and motivated by results, with a natural ability to communicate effectively and build rapport. You’ll be driven by achieving your KPIs, but equally focused on providing a professional and positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a first-class experience to our Australian client base
• Liaising with clients in relation to outstanding invoices/queries
• Managing any defaulted direct debit/credit card payments
• Getting the best possible result from your client base, whilst aiming to excel against KPIs
