Michael Page in Manchester is seeking a Credit Control Clerk to help keep the Accounting & Finance function organised by maintaining accurate customer account records and following up outstanding balances. Immediate start with hybrid working on a temporary contract.

You will review balances, contact customers by phone and email to discuss payment status and resolve queries, allocate payments to the correct accounts, and record conversations and updates clearly.

Formación

• Experience in credit control and collecting payments.
• Comfort talking with customers by phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to manage tasks during a temporary assignment.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Control Clerk' should have:

• Experience of credit control and following up outstanding customer balances.
• Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update account information.
• Experience resolving payment and account queries.
• Good attention to detail when allocating payments and checking balances.
• Ability to manage tasks in an organised way during a temporary assignment.
