Job summary

Ancient + Brave is seeking a high-velocity Creator & Affiliate Lead to scale our UK creator funnel. You’ll manage contract volumes from macro to micro, negotiate terms, and ensure assets and rights are aligned with brand standards to deliver cost-efficient content for paid channels.

You’ll partner across performance, creative, and affiliate teams, building robust pipelines and using data to optimise volumes and budgets in a fast-paced, in-person Lewes HQ environment.

Qualifications

• Experience contracting creators or influencers at volume with multiple monthly deals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the UK pipeline and monthly creator concept volume across tiers.
• Source and qualify creators against clear criteria while maintaining a large talent pipeline.
• Negotiate and close creator deals using established rate cards and templates.
• Manage rights, usage, renewals, and ensure asset delivery to plan.
• Track cost per concept, monitor drift, and optimise with performance teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to ensure data is robust for decisions.
