Open Partners in Manchester is hiring an Influencer & Creator Associate Partner to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, collaborating with creative, paid media, PR, and client leads.

You will build a diverse creator network, negotiate contracts, develop data-driven creator strategies, and drive performance-led outcomes that boost brand fame and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator management.
• Experience within an agency or creative-led environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of creator contracts, licensing, and usage rights.
• Understanding of ASA/CAP compliance and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns from strategy to approvals and reporting.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent agents to grow the network.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, licensing, and usage rights in collaboration with legal and clients.
• Develop and pitch creator-first content strategies aligned with client goals.
• Identify creators using audience insights and platform performance history.
• Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to integrate content into amplification plans.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and surface opportunities for talent recommendations.
• Develop scalable, reusable campaign frameworks across clients.
