Job description

We're looking for a Talent Coordinator to join the team at Upload.

This is a hands‑on, talent‑facing role working directly with some of the UK's leading creators, helping deliver the brand partnerships and sponsorships we secure for them.

You'll be paired with one of our Senior Partnerships Managers, working together as a team. They'll focus primarily on generating opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, negotiating and selling partnerships.

You’ll help make those deals happen.

That means working directly with talent day to day, building strong relationships, communicating briefs, coordinating campaigns, attending shoots and activations, managing timelines and approvals, chasing deliverables and making sure partnerships get over the line.

We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Proactive, organised and commercially minded
  • Confident working directly with talent
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and chasing when something needs doing
  • A strong communicator who can build great relationships
  • Someone who solves problems rather than waits for instructions
  • Genuinely interested in the creator, entertainment and social media industries
Where can the role lead?

One of the reasons we've created this position is to develop the next generation of people at Upload.

You’ll get exposure to both Talent Management and Commercial Partnerships, with two natural progression routes:

  • Talent Coordinator > Talent Agent/Manager > Senior Talent Agent
OR
  • Talent Coordinator > Partnerships Manager > Senior Partnerships Manager

You don't need to know which path you want to take when you join.

If you're passionate about working closely with creators and helping develop their careers, you may naturally move towards Talent Management. If you're commercially driven, love negotiating, doing deals and generating revenue, you may find yourself heading towards Partnerships.

We’ll give you exposure to both and help you find where you're best.

This is a hybrid role, but applicants must be based in London or able to commute into London regularly, as working face‑to‑face with our talent and attending shoots, meetings and activations is an important part of the job.

Package
  • Hybrid Working at our Hoxton HQ. (One day in office - but must also attend shoots and meetings).
  • Discretionary performance based annual bonus
  • 33 Days Holiday (including bank holidays)
  • KPI Bonus Scheme
  • Other employee benefits.

If you're ambitious, proactive and want to build a long‑term career in the creator industry, we'd love to hear from you.
