Zachary Daniels, a fast-growing UK beauty brand, seeks a Head of Influencer & Affiliate to own the creator, influencer and affiliate strategy as the business scales. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, data-driven ROI focus, and capability to expand creator partnerships internationally.

You will lead the influencer, affiliate and creator programs, build scalable processes, and collaborate with Brand, Social, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading influencer, affiliate or social commerce strategies.
• Strong commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making.
• Experience scaling creator programs and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the influencer, affiliate and creator strategy.
• Develop scalable creator programs across TikTok and other platforms.
• Lead negotiations with creators, agencies and platforms.
• Build and manage a high-performing creator and affiliate portfolio.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to drive launches.
