Job summary

The Head of Influencer & Affiliate at Zachary Daniels Recruitment is a leadership role for a fast-growing UK beauty brand. You will own the influencer, affiliate and creator commerce strategy, scaling partnerships across TikTok Shop and social platforms, and using data to optimise ROI and revenue in the UK and international markets—including Europe and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading influencer/affiliate strategies in consumer brands.
• Experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle categories is preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the influencer, affiliate and creator strategy for the brand.
• Develop a scalable creator strategy across TikTok and other social platforms.
• Own commercial performance with KPIs across revenue, ROAS and acquisition.
• Build and manage a portfolio of creators, ambassadors and partners.
• Lead international growth and expand creator strategy across new markets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Ecommerce and Marketing teams.
