Four Agency Worldwide Ltd. in Sheffield is seeking a Production Co-ordinator to join our Creative Technology team. You will assist in planning and coordinating websites, online platforms, and digital installations, working with Producers and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong organisational and communication abilities, knowledge of online tech and CMS platforms, and the capacity to manage multiple projects while liaising with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with online technologies and websites/CMS systems.
• Understanding of a website project lifecycle and ongoing support.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee development of websites, online platforms, and digital installations with Producers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
• Act as the first point of contact for client support issues.
• Monitor and report on project health and progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
