Four Cymru in Sheffield is seeking an ambitious Production Co-ordinator to join our Creative Technology Team. You will help plan and coordinate website projects, online platforms and digital installations, working with Producers and digital creatives to deliver results for clients.

The role suits someone with strong organisation, good written and spreadsheet skills, and an understanding of website lifecycles, CMS systems, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Great organisation and communication skills.
• Experience with online technologies, websites and CMS.
• Excellent writing and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiar with project management software, kanban boards and sprints.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee development of websites, online platforms and digital installations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless execution.
• Act as first point of contact for client support issues.
